Chateauspill.co.za is an online store and licensed agent of Chateau Spill Red Wine Stain Remover and Wipes. The website is not connected to Hate Stains Co. and is purely used as a channel for online sales in the Republic of South Africa. 

AGREEMENT OF SALE

An agreement of sale between Chateauspill.co.za and a customer is only valid once payment has been made and the company receives proof of payment. Up until this point all goods remain the property of PURA.

DELIVERY POLICY

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within one working day.

All orders are dispatched via courier service within 7 working days of receipt of payment . A delivery being delayed is not grounds for return or refund.

You accept that in order for us to prove delivery of an order, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.

RETURN AND REFUNDS POLICY

The provision of goods and services by Chateauspill.co.za is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Chateauspill.co.za will contact you with options.

An order can be cancelled if payment has not been made yet for the order by the customer. Once payment has been made by the customer for an order, the order can only be cancelled before the order has been dispatched by us.

If a product is damaged or broken when you receive it, you must inform Chateauspill.co.za within one working day of receiving it. We will then make arrangements for a replacement product to be sent to you on our account or to refund you in full for the damaged or broken product.

All products are sold with a 7 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely happy with a product that you received with your order, you can contact us within 7 days of receipt with the reason of dissatisfaction. If the reason is satisfactory, we will issue a return number and a return delivery address. Shipping costs for the return will be for your account unless otherwise agreed upon. Upon receipt, we will inspect the item and if not of our usual quality, we will refund you the value of the product. If you have opened and/or used the product and are not satisfied, returns need to be made within 7 working days of receiving product and are bound by the same conditions.

If you receive the wrong product you must contact Chateauspill.co.za within one working day. We will check our system to see whether a miss pick has occurred. If there was a miss pick we will arrange to swap the ‘wrong’ product for the one actually ordered on our account.

This applies to all products available through purchase on the website. The refund policy does not apply to custom designed jewellery or diamonds. Please contact us for further information.

Chateauspill.co.za shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded here

This means that any and all of the personal information collected on this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. Payment may be made via Visa or MasterCard or by Instant EFT, the details of which will be provided during the checkout process.

CREDIT CARD ACQUIRING AND SECURITY

Credit card transactions will be acquired for Chateauspill.co.za via Payfast who use the strictest forms of encryption.

CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS

MERCHANT OUTLET COUNTRY AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the card holder is South Africa. The transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

Orders Shipping within South Africa

NOTE: VAT will be applied to all orders shipping to addresses in South Africa. The amount will vary depending on the Province. Prices may vary depending on the courier company used and we will reflect this in our pricing as and when required.

Orders Shipping to Neighbouring countries in Africa

Shipping costs will apply. Standard and expedited shipping calculated at the time of transaction.

Orders shipping to Cape Town: 2-3 business days.

Orders shipping to Durban: 2-3 business days.

Orders shipping to Johannesburg and surrounds: Next day or 2-3 business days for surrounding areas.

Orders shipping to Port Elizabeth: 2-3 business days.

Orders shipping to East London: 2-3 business days.

Express Shipping : Express Shipping nationwide is Next Day delivery provided we recieve the order and payment by 1pm.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW?

Please note that all orders are shipped within South Africa via Fastway couriers, The Courier Guy, Postnet and Ram hand to hand couriers.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All returns must be authorized within 30 days of order receipt. Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. Items not returned in new condition or without original packaging and accessories are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

All returns will be refunded in 3-5 working days based on the above criteria be met.
